The clients wanted a more functional, updated kitchen for their family. The door to the dining room was opened to 5' from 3' creating a spacious air. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops complimented the new cherry cabinets. Subtle suede porcelain tile installed to the ceiling with a glass mosaic created visual backdrop for the new stainless steel hood. A clean, rectangular island with seating anchored the center of the space with hand blown glass pendant lights. Recessed ceiling lighting was added. A desk was included which could also function as a study area for their 2 preteen children on one side of the kitchen.
